*ACTION NEEDED: Survey of Anti-Ahmadi Hatred in UK*

I hope and pray that you are in the best of health, Ameen. 

An important piece of research is being conducted in the UK to look at the experience of the Ahmadi Muslims in the UK with regards to anti-Muslim hatred and anti-Ahmadiyya hatred eg where we have been excluded in local groups (eg interfaith groups), experienced anti-Ahmadi sentiments in shops, schools or in any form – including online. 

This independent report will be used to highlight the need for the government to ensure it grants Ahmadis equal rights and protections from hatred and discrimination in the UK, and it will call out the fact that simply because we are a small part of the UK Muslim population, the issues we face must not be ignored – especially as such issues will affect wider society. 

The research is being conducted by Ms Charlotte Littlewood as part of her PhD on the Jama’at and she has prepared an online survey to gather the views of UK Ahmadis on their experiences. 

Responses to the survey will provide valuable evidence to highlight our concerns.
